Frame bags - bike-bag any good?

I've found a small, cottage industry it seems that makes custom frame bags. The fabrics and materials are the same as most brands, vx21 for example. They have a basic website unlike a lot of UK bikepacking manufacturers. The website is below.

Has anyone ordered from them? What were they like to deal with and what was their product like?
I'm wondering why they're even cheaper than the alpkit stingray (which is only available in limited numbers and you have to be quick on a Monday). We're talking £56 for something alpkit charges £75 +extra for anything but basic. Or alpamayo charge £135, apidura charge £145+. You see my dilemma? You get what you pay for rings in my head, however same materials used from what I can tell. Lead time isn't too bad neither.
