Please help me choose from these 4 hybrids

Hi
I have finally narrowed down my search for my first (un-secondhand) bike.
I would like to use it on the road as well as other terrains such as light trails and maybe a wood or two, hence the choice of hybrid cycles. Although I understand that my level of fitness will play a large role, I definitely need to be able to ride up a hill without too much loss of breath.
Whatever reason that makes you think the bike is better or worse for whatever reason, be it the colour or you thinking it wouldn't suit my preference, just let me know. And if you have any suggestions that you think would better suit me, also feel free to do that!
Here are the lucky finalists:
1. Marin Terra Linda: https://www.discountcyclesdirect.co.uk/ ... %20Grey%27
2. Whyte Malvern: https://www.discountcyclesdirect.co.uk/ ... %20Bike%27
3. Ridgeback Flight 02: http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Ridgeback-Fligh ... _85530.htm
4. Hendricks CR 6600: https://www.evanscycles.com/hendricks-c ... e-EV290364
All 2016 models.
Thanks

Hi, I think theyre all decent enough bikes so any one of them would do what you wanted ie a mix of roads and light trails.
But out of the selection the Marin Linda would be the one I'd recommend. Its got a good all round spec and female specific frame.
Drivetrain- 9 speed triple gears set up with a low range gear on the back cassette, you will have alot of easier gears for the hills a big plus. Triples are the best for commutes and hybrids if your laden with some gear.
Light weight frame with carbon fork. A few of the other bike's on the list have suspension forks. For most rides a hybrid wont need any weight adding front suss forks. The tyre pressures have a big effect on your ride comfort.
Back rack compatible rear lugs, so if you want to carry work gear etc, panniers maybe more comfortable for than a back pack for you?
Hydraulic brakes, excellent for safe braking, cheap pad replacement etc
Good value priceCaveat - I buy and ride cheap, however, I reserve the right to advise on expensive kit that I have never actually used and possibly never will0 -
The Hendricks isn't very nice unless you intend to pottle around at 4-6mph.
The Malvern I'd avoid unless its for really rough roads otherwise the suspension is just added ballast and drag.
Of the other 2 they are pretty similar but the Marin is better specced and cheaper.
Can't find anything I'd suggest over the Marin.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
