First Road Bike

Hello all! First post on here, awesome information. So I'm looking at two new bikes. The first is a Jamis Xenith Enduro Sport (2015 model) that Jenson has clearance priced. They have agreed to sell me the bike for $900 and install Shimano 105 for a grand total of $1,250 with free shipping to me here in Hawaii (I'd also get to keep the brand new Tiagra group set that they took off.) I'm also considering a Cannondale CAAD 10 or 12 from a local bike shop. Obviously my budget is $1,000-1,350 max. The Jamis is an all carbon frame and will also have 105 components. That's what I'm leaning towards but I'm certainly no expert, I currently ride an older Cannondale R800 that's a little too large for me. Any advice between these two? Any others you might recommend?
