Campag Khamsin Rear Axle
A per previous post on here, rear freehub has been playing up on my Khamsin's.
Last night whilst playing about trying to discover a fix I cack handidly managed to damage the rear axle/spindle, cracking the drive side end. Although it doesn't look terminal, I'm not sure how much I'd trust it if I ever got round to fixing the freehub play.
So, can you buy replacement rear axle/spindle's? A quick google suggests not, but I have next to no experience with Campag.

I have a pair of Khamsins hung up, doing nothing. They're yours for £50, if you fancy arranging collection.Ben

How old and what mileage? Also, where you at?0

2yrs, very low mileage* and the hubs recently serviced. The front needs tweaking for true by someone who knows what they're doing (possible retension), but there's LOTS of life in them.
I'm in North London.
*they were on my Gios which gets used like a classic car...Ben

Finally managed to remove the freehub from the axle last night and looks like the freehub bearings are shot after 1500 mostly dry miles.
Was always the intention to replace these when they wore out with something a bit nicer and considering I only paid £75 new think I'll look at something new and shiny.0
