Good routes from Can Picafort

Hello All. Off to Majorca towards the end of May for a week, but as I'll have the wife and wee one with me, I'm only able to get a day's cycling signed off. 
Therefore, could you recommend a nice round route that I could do for my day - probably 60 miles max I'd say. Something that takes in some nice scenery and a couple of climbs would be great. Also, any places in the town that are recommended for bike hire?

Up the coast to Puerto Pollensa, then over to Cap Formentor (stunning road) back to PP then Pollenca and the back road to Campanet then Buger, Sa Pobla and back to CP. Though if you could stretch to 75 miles then CP, Muro, Inca, Camari - climb the Col de sa Batalla , Pollenca, PP, Cap Formentor and coast road back to CP would be a great ride.0

I used http://www.wheelssport.net/ last october to hire a carbon merckx. Bike was fine and friendly helpful staff. Bit cheaper than some of the hire places I'm currently looking at in peurto pollensa.0
