First ride in a while after finally getting the go ahead to start tackling hills, 2 miles into the ride, at the foot of a nice little climb to test things out and bam, hit a pothole get a bloody pinch flat, was only on a 6 mile loop so didn't bother to chuck my spare inner into my pocket, won't be doing that again, so instead of a nice ride it turned into a grumpy walk. Think the universe is trying to tell me something lately lol. Get home and take it off, look on the shelf and no inners there, ask the gf where they went "oh, I thought they were rubbish so I threw them out"

So just did a bulk buy on wiggle and gonna put them under my pillow or something....

I frequently clear browsing history as it can slow down live viewing but I cleared the cache and it's fine now.
