Advice? Planning a Charity Ride

Hello, I am planning to undertake a charity ride this July with a couple friends, traveling from Germany to the Netherlands to Belgium to France. More specifically, we are hoping to start in Hamburg and pick up the North Sea route there, then head west through near Amsterdam, then Bruges, to where it stops in De Panne, then continuing on D roads into France to Calais and then south to end in Paris. This is the first time I have done anything like this, and first time going into this region. What can I expect? How is my route plan? What are accommodations like along the north sea route? Any campsites? Any advice welcome, I need all I can get!
