Not tonight, Pinnophene, but will dredge anon. There was a classic with coach ferg about leg strength... However, my BR history goes back only to 2010, and my memory is fallible, so more help might be required.

So glad that 'Decals' has made it on the list.

Good, there was no need to be so unpleasant. He could have made the same point without being an @rse about it.

Also - I'd like to submit this one, from the legendary Bahzob and his strange obsession with pedal technique.

This is the 'training' forum - not the 'let's make stuff up and pretend it's true' forum. If you want to claim random bollox, go to Cake Stop FFS.

Glad to see I've been posting in the correct part of the forum.

Raisins for weight loss IIRC. I had to conclude, reluctantly in the end, that I and many others had been had, and it was in fact a very clever and amusing trolling exercise.

I too miss the photos of his hairy feet on the scales and mountains of junk food packaging in his car :D

Yes, that was my fave. He got a little annoyed, as I recall, when I found pics of his family online. He wasn't the only one that might have benefited from the properties of said raisins.

We need more threads like that one, especially now it's so icy out.

Cmon, ZMC, what was it you thought were the most prevalent opinions here?
