Chain unshipping

On a 12-27 and a 36 ring the chain has started unshipping on the bottom two gears when the transmission is under pressure eg on a steep climb. Staying seated and easing back will keep the chain on (possibly). Otherwise the gears (10 speed Chorus) move fine with no other issues and the chain doesn't drop when shifting down from the big to the small ring. Any suggestions as to the cause?

    I'd suggest either chain or cassette is worn. Replacements due.

    My thoughts as well. Chainring is quite old and the chain cassette are too. I thought Campag wore 'in' not 'out'. Bah, Italian rubbish only lasting a few years in winter riding mode!
