Contacting MagicShine UK

Has anybody else had difficulty contacting MagicShine UK?

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get through by phone and email (the contact form on their site isn't working), and wondered if I'm doing something wrong. Be good to know I can contact them if there's a problem with my light.

Did you buy directly from their site? If not you need to contact the seller if there's a problem.

PM didn't arrive, Crazyjenkins01, although my email seems to be working OK.

Also, the message I sent to MagicShine UK on info@magicshine.co.uk has just been bounced back with a SERVFAIL error.

Yes, Crazyjenkins01, that was exactly the problem. I've checked the MagicShine UK site, and the have the wrong email address on their contact page. Thanks. I'll email them now and point it out.

Also, got through on the phone and spoke to Bonita who was extremely helpful, and resolved my original question about the light and optional head band.

contacted few times by email or/and facebook page and they'd replied fast, try facebook.
(maybe they have holidays now?)
