Turbo by cadence

I plan to ride turbo sessions but do not have HR or power metre. Anyone know of training plan to cadence only?

Why not ride by RPE/perceived effort? Cadence in isolation is all a bit pointless without some reference to resistance or gear choice.0

As above, cadence is meaningless in isolation. What you need is a speed sensor, like this one http://www.wiggle.co.uk/wahoo-rpm-speed ... 0-and-ant/ software such as Zwift and Trainer Road will convert that into power for you, or at the very least you can put in a fixed resistance and ride intervals according to speed. But all the same I strongly recommend you get a HRM if nothing else http://www.wiggle.co.uk/wahoo-tickr-hea ... d-android/0
