Advice on bikes for non-riding 5 year olds?

Hi, our twin girls are turning five and we'd like to get them bikes for their birthday. They haven't had balance bikes, can ride a bike with stabilisers and a havr ridden 'proper bikes' with a parent hanging on to the back.

We won't be doing massive cycles but would like to be able to ride around parks in London.

I've been looking at Isla bikes and love them but not sure I want to spend that much X 2. I particularly like the weight and that I could carry both at the same time if I had to!

Can anyone help me out with suggestions?
