Hi there,
Probably a stupid question but here goes, as the weather has got hotter, i find when I am out on the bike the back of my leg tends to get a bit sticky behind the knee, (that fold). Is there anything that you can use or anything that can be done about it?
Thanks

Scott

Take a bucket and sponge with you on your next ride...

    Better bike fit? Keep pedalling?

I only notice that in hot, sticky weather if I stop pedalling. The leg that's extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke is fine, but the other at the top of the pedal stroke with the knee bent can feel a bit clammy in the skin fold there. As soon as I recommence pedalling the sweat evaporates

Maybe you've left an opened gel wrapper in there

Have you checked to see whether your incontinence shorts are leaking.

A little bit of talcum powder behind the knee might help
