Hi Guys,
I am just about to get my first bike at present I have narrowed it down to either a gravel or road bike simply for the reason is that I will be commuting to work through this journey i will presented with a very short uneven terrain and a few bumps along the path. My standard commute is around 12 miles there and 12 again back so looking something fun to ride, good speed and also comfort. So far I have been to a few retailers in my local area (UK) Halfords + Chain Reaction cycles. Also possibly looking around something with disc brakes due to the British Weather aint being too good. Some of the guys I personally been interested in are stated below:
Raleigh Mustang Series - Most interested in Raleigh anything up to the £700-800.
Boardman CX Comp
Vitus Energue GR City Bike
Cube Attain 2016
Cube Peloton Pro (clearance model)
I am a complete novice so if you need any more details throw them at me. I would prefer to buy from a store directly due to the fitting could be done by someone more experienced than me. But would love any suggestions or feedback
Cheers Guys / Gals.

Mustang or Boardman would both be a good bet - don't know much about the others enough to comment. Either of those would get my business..0
