Shimano and SLX, Shimano cassettes just seem to keep their newness longer and SLX is a useful weight saving over Deore. Without the expense of XT.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • If it's a pg750 then a shimano hg50 would be the best replacement as slx doesn't come in a 7 speed option
  • its a pg 950 have got a xt deore m770 to go on at the weekend, thanks for the help
