My boy's shock on his Anthem decided to lose the will to live this week. I have done the usual checks - valve, air can service - but it won't hold pressure, so I'm after a replacement.
Anyone got any tips for places to buy from, please?
I have checked all the usual places and so far zee Germans seem to be the cheapest - around £130 for a Monarch R.

Good spot, iwilldoit.
Unfortunately the 165 x 38 is out of stock. I'll e-mail them though and ask if any more are coming in.“Life has been unfaithful

The Monarch R is a terrible shock, really harsh.
Look for a Fox RP3 instead.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Once I tuned it with spacers my monarch R does the trick. Easily tuned. It depends what you need. For professional MTB & BMX coaching, training & guiding!

You can't tune a hopeless damper with spacers.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
