Hi guys I have been using zwift for a week and cannot connect a heart rate strap any suggestions?
My set up is brand new pc with garmin ant stick, wahoo kickr, I have 2 hr straps both new one is polar and the other a suunto cant get either to pair.

I assume they're ANT+ straps? Have you tried moving closer to the ANT+ stick in the PC? Or a USB extender cable to bring the receiver closer to you. When you click "Search" on the pairing screen does nothing come up at all?
Sorry, don't have any particular suggestions, both of my HR gadgets paired just fine. You could try the Facebook group though: https://www.facebook.com/groups/zwiftriders/0 -
IIRC Polar is Bluetooh so won't work. (But there is a workaround using the iPhone app)
The Sunnto only works with their own head units.
So neither are directly compatible.0 -

Decathlon have an ANT+ heart rate monitor for £13.99. Also, Zwift will pair with a Bluetooth sensors through the phone app, but you need to follow very specific instructions to enable the feature.0
