1 1/8 thread less headset bearings

I have a question regarding my 1 1/8 zerostack thread less headset.
Can I replace what it currently has from this...

Can anyone with more knowledge and experience than me shed some light on this?
Thanks a lot!

Just buy a whole lot of 5/32 loose balls and some grease.
The cages just rust away anyway.

I'm not all that happy with the fact the bike is a 1 1/8 straight steerer either. It seems tapered is the norm now, yet mine is straight. Just means fork upgrades later on are going to be limited. I didn't know any of this stuff until recently.

Sorry for appearing stupid here, but I've never had anything to do with headsets before. The differing terminology for the same components is confusing.
Zero stack means that it is not a fully intergtated/internal headset? My bearings sit inside of cups which are pressed into the head tube, is that correct?

Great thank you!
