New all-round tyres - what to get?

Hi everyone,
Needing some new tyres for my Whyte 801 (2014). I mainly use my bike for commuting and some light trail riding. My commute takes me across varied surfaces from cycle paths to Edinburgh streets - think rough roads and cobbles. But I do some dirt trail riding too, forest path, canal path etc.
So basically I need something decent to handle all that. Any advice??
Thanks in advance
Stephen

Cheers, I'll look into them, though they seem to be hard to find in 27.5 size.0

The SB8 is a great compromise tyre, good on tarmac and fine on any sort of offroad until there is enough sloppy mud to lift the tread clear of the ground.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
