Notifications not working

I always used to get email notifications when forum topics were updated but for the last few months this has not been happening so can you advise why please?

Hi, you may need to check a box saying you wish to be notified. Can you do so and tell me if it's not working still please?

Same here.All notifications checked as yes but no longer receive any.
This happened at the the last forum update months ago!

Ok we are looking into this. Doing a load of work on the forum right now in a staging environment, hope to have updates soon

The update is in progress and is going live early January.

Hopefully this will resolve any bugs!
