Afternoon, this question's probably been asked like a million times but I'm struggling to find a definitive answer. I have a Whyte M109, very happy with the overall bike but just wondering about swapping out the forks from the stock 100mm Fox Floats to say some 120mm, maybe Fox again but not totally sure of this, the head angle is 69.5 degrees (if it helps). The question is, if I did this, would it destroy the handling of bike? Appreciate your input.

every 25mm change in fork axel to crown height changes the head angle by about a degree.

you also need to know how your current head angle was measured as some measure at sag some measure at full extension and others measure at a given fork AC length.

100 to 120 could be fine but not always. will make it worse climbing but better descending.
