Deleting rides on Garmin Edge 500

Hi, I have been using the Garmin Edge 200 for the last year and it's been great apart from having to delete each ride separately after I have saved them to Garmin Connect.
I have been thinking of upgrading to the Edge 500 for the extra data, like cadence, heart rate, temperature and a more accurate elevation.
Does anyone know if you can remove all the old rides in one go on the 500. Thanks

    Can delete all on the 500/510/800/810 and 1000
    And the people bowed and prayed, to the neon god they made.

    If you're using GarminExpress to do your uploading there's an option (under device I think) to delete activities after successful upload... Then your problem is circumvented.
