Yes and no, depends if you are experienced in mounting and adjusting derailleurs. Just take your time and have patience with it. Download a copy of the DM-GN90001-09 PDF file, it is under the heading General Operations on this page, http://si.shimano.com/ Go to page 34 pay attention to the references for the braze on type derailleur.
