Road cranks, smallish BCD

Can anyone point me towards a chainset with a 68mm BB, for my CX frame and to suit road front mechs, that has a smaller than 110mm BCD? Want to run an inner of about 28t.
MTB doubles fit but the 73mm BB just pushes the outer ring a tad too much for the newish front Campag mech. Older mechs worked but they don't match the new Ergos sadly.
Alternatively I suppose I could use a modern triple mech but I fancy a new chainset anyway?

Comes as 44/30, but the inner BCD is 74 mm, so 24T is possible.
110 mm BCD allows down to 33T only.0 -
you can run a TA Carmina with a 4-bolt spider and MTB rings.
That's what mrs maddog runs on her training/CX/winter thing.
It's not a cheap setup but you have a roadie Q-factor, decent chainline and choice of slightly smaller rings - we run 32/44 and a 11-32 out back.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0
