under or over clip on aero bar extensions

Parts are busily being acquired for Project Yellow Peril and I wondered if anyone had any experience of Zipp Vuka clip on over or under bars?

I know ultimately it comes down to personal fit preference but are the "under" bars difficult to get on with? opposed to the "over" bars?
