Fizik antares R1

Any view's on the antares R1'. Whent to purchase the saddle from wiggle a few week's ago, but where out of stock. Had an email alert from them last night to say that new stock had come in. So checked the web site, and they had three in stock, so whent to order one this morning all three had been sold, next stock due end of Febuary.

    My experience of Wiggle stock alerts is that generally if you snooze you lose.

    I was looking for some Shimano spec Zondas last autumn. They were out of stock so when I got the email to alert me to new stock I ordered straight away. Within 24hrs the Shimano wheels were out of stock again.

    The R1 is available discounted from other sources but not as cheap as Wiggle admittedly.

    The R3 carbon railed is a really nice saddle, very very similar to the R1 and only 10g heavier. I was looking for an R1 too, but the R3 was reduced to around £120 so I thought it was pointless paying the extra for the R1.
