Bike sizing help

I've been looking to upgrade my bike for a while but would appreciate if anyone can help with sizing? Looking at a cube peloton race 2014- when looking at cube information it says I should be looking at a small 50 inch frame whilst if I follow their advice based on my height, I should be looking at a 53 frame. Any ideas which I should go for?

    From what i have experienced, with cube road bikes you go a size bigger so me normally taking a 60, id buy a 62. Hope that helps. If unsure see if a lbs has any to try?

    Thanks for this, looks like the 53 frame is the way forward for me. will head to lbs in the morning to see
