My apologies if it's been asked before, but a quick search didn't show anything.
I just wondered what's the average age of posters on here.
The age groups look a bit odd but I'm only allowed ten options in the poll and I wanted to have a good spread.
(Edit: BTW, I'm 55)

I used to say that I was x years off 40 in the vague hope that people would believe I hadn't reached 40 yet. Now that I'm 46 I have to admit I really don't think it will work any more.0

Looks like you're still old enough to be one person's dad though Arran I was only doing the practising for fun back then, wasn't until 6 years ago that it was for a serious reason

As I said before, I wanted to get an even spread if possible, but I only had 10 poll options.
when i first tried it, it came out as 60+, which these days isn't that old :roll: and I didn't want to lump what could have been a lot of riders together.

The distribution is about what I expected, I got the feeling that a lot of us on here were about 'that sort of age', and the result confirmed it.
Do you think it reflects cyclists generally or just this bit of the forums?
