PMP rear hub lock ring issue
I wonder if anyone on the forum has any experience with PMP hubs, specifically road rear hubs?
In 2013 I purchase a K022 rear hub direct from PMP. I run a Shimano 105 10 speed cassette on this hub. My understanding was that this hub free body is designed to accept 8/9 & 10 speed SRAM or Shimano cassettes. The hub itself was not supplied with any shims or washers.

Over the past 3-4 months the PMP specific lock-nut has begun to unscrew, in some cases to the point where the cassette / lock ring contact against the frame, jamming the entire drive chain. This isn't a roadside fix and it's becoming a real problem.
I use the correct PMP lock ring (11t) for my 11/25 Shimano cassette and I tighten this up with the PMP lockring tool and a ParkTool adjustable wrench.

Has anybody else experienced anything similar? If so, how did you fix the issue?
Any advice would be gratefully received.
