Carbon Saddle , tight hamstrings & perineal issues

Ive fitted a Bioflex Carbon saddle to my bike, its 200g carbon composite with thin padding and titanium rails. I fitted the saddle to my Thomson Elite seatpost and didn't change the height. I set the bioflex dead level and proceeded to go out riding. First ride gave my bum and perineal area a slightly rough time but I attributed that to it being a fairly firm saddle. Ive used it about 8 times and the trend has consistently been super comfy for about 45 mins then I notice my hamstrings feeling tigh tand discomfort in the perineal area meaning I have to get out of the saddle often to obtain relief. In terms of riding styles I am definitely a spinner who can sit all day at 95-100 rpm cadence with ease and I noticed the perineal discomfort raises its head to a greater degree when Im spinning the pedals faster for ascending gradients. When I think about the tight hamstrings issues and perineal discomfort since getting the new saddle Im wondering could my saddle need lowering say 2mm to start with and angle dropped 0.5 degrees at the front ? Would you say these are plausible courses of action in moving towards a remedy ?
I use good quality bib shorts and chamois cream and these niggles didn't exist before the new saddle acquisition.

No one can say. Try some tweaks. Probably the saddle doesn't suit you though, so try the tilt, if it doesn't work then ditch it and buy something else.0
