After loading my ride from the 510 to Garmin connect today via Bluetooth the ride appeared on strava shortly after with no further actions required.
800 and it's working properly now, although the name of the activity on Strava is an automatically generated one egmnd not what I've renamed it to in Connect.
What do you expect? Now the initial teething problems have been ironed out, the rides get to Strava before you even have a chance to rename them in Connect. This is the same with the Training Peaks synchronisation that has been working seemlessly for ages.
Segments in Connect is also working properly now so I'm happy that Garmin appear to have got both of these key new features working.0 -
I have linked my accounts via the Strava site (after following Strava's FAQ's as it isnt immediately obvious how to do it), but after 24 hours there's still no activities seen in Strava (I have several hundred stored on the Garmin / Garmin Connect site)0

Ahh, ok - so there's no way I can import all my existing activities then?0 -

There is, but it would involve reading all of this thread.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

Did mine at the weekend ans they have been transferring pretty fast. If they can sort the ride naming then it'd be even better, but it's early days and I'm sure they will.0

Two things missing from GC:
1) Report a dodgy segment time
2) Import routes
Otherwise it's a nice fresh look.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S
