I contacted Canyon UK yesterday to say that the grub screw on the headset of my Aeroroad has lost it's thread, and I got an email back a couple of hours later to say they were sending me a new headset free of charge, which has been shipped today.

  • Can you ask them when they are going to sort out my 3rd cracked Ultimate SLX frame? They told me 2 weeks ago a replacement frame would ship in 3-5 working days, 10 working days later it's not shipped and they haven't replied to the last two emails I sent asking when it would actually ship.

    Sorry for hijacking.....just p'eed off....
