Focus cayo pf30 BB / crank options

Hi all,
Looking to change / upgrade a creaking bottom bracket and the crank on my focus
Don't really know much about these things, but would like to swop the focus branded crank at the same time
The bike came with the ultegra group apart from the crankset, I've searched about and read that shimano don't do a pf30 fitting? Although a friend with another focus has full ultegra, admittedly it's not a pressfit BB.
Could I put a sram crankset on? They seem to have the pf30 variety

Hi,
If you would like to run full ultegra, get yourself a praxis pf to shimano converter. It's easy to install and the ultegra chainset is £100 from wiggle at the moment.

The Praxis Works solution is one way to go about it. My Cayo Evo uses a plastic SRAM adapter to be able to run Shimano cranks. It's been faultless for over a year and 3000 miles. It's the same adapter that comes fitted to factory supplied Cayos running Shimano cranks.
