cleaned & replaced parts... still noise

I've never experienced the clicking noise like my bike has now before. I have cleaned, greased torqued the stem etc, replaced top and bottom headset bearing, but to no avail.
It's not your normal clicks, it's far beyond that. When I use the front brake it is very loud and fast as the front is under load. I have investigated the brake etc, but the noise definitely appears from the steering components. I can't find any damage either.
Open to any suggestions now please.

If not, could be a bushing issue or similar in the forks.

I'm not sure how I check if is bushings or not? No noise is made on the work stand,, only when riding and with weight on the bars.

The good news is mojo will replace them under warranty (subject to inspection) bad news is, depending on how old they are, they'll charge you the price of a full service

So pretty much what i was referring to in my first post about the Marzocchis. Possible slight movement between the black part (crown) and the gold tubes (stanchions) in the picture above.
