Hi All,
Moved to Reeth year and a half ago, after a lot of work to our cottage its time to get back on the bike again. Being one and a half stone heavier and own only one pair of trousers that fit I need motivation. Better in a group than on your own, hope someone can help.

You live in Reeth, in some of the most incredible cycling scenery in the country. What more motivation could you possibly need!
Don't use there not being a group of people as an excuse, as someone who has moved from that amazing part of the world to London, a dirty, smelly, busy, lethal hell hole, man up, get out there and grind up some hills.0 -
Richmond CC?
Living in Reeth, I would be out on my bike at every opportunity, group or not. Fantastic cycling country.http://www.snookcycling.wordpress.com - Reports on Cingles du Mont Ventoux, Alpe D'Huez, Galibier, Izoard, Tourmalet, Paris-Roubaix Sportive & Tour of Flanders Sportive, Amstel Gold Xperience, Vosges, C2C, WOTR routes....0 -
don't the MTB/cycling shop in Grinton do regular road/off road runs?

if not i'm sure they will know riders in the areaAll lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0 -
And the fact that every time to leave Reeth you are on a Tour de France course. Hills over Grinton or along to Buttertubs or over the Stang. Relatively flat along to Richmond and out towards the North York Moors. So many choices all of them good.0
