Tyre problems?

Is this cracking normal? Also on the front tyre there is a split and the inner tube is beginning to bulge out, could this be pothole damage? Michelin PRO4 COMP 1000 miles max. The front tyre still just has the mold line down the centre.

    I'd be wanting a new tyre if that happened after such a low mileage. Not normal in my experience; only see that kind of cracking on cheap tyres after years on the bike.

    Is the bike stored in the sun? Top picture could easily be UV damage (drying the rubber out).

    I'd boot that front tyre. That looks like it's either damage from a pinch flat or a cut from something you've ridden over.

    No the bike isnt stored in the sun. I havent had a flat on the front tyre although with the inner tube poking out there was one on the way.
