Adding Pictures and Videos to Strava

How do you add these things to your ride? Do you need to be a premium member? I was sure you didn't have to be but I can't find the controls for adding them. Also, are these direct uploads or linked from another hosting site?

    I think it requires snapchat.

    Not snapchat - Instagram. Once you have an instagram account you can link it to Strava. Then when you upload a photo to Instagran during the duration of the ride (and up to some short time later) the photo will appear against your Strava ride.

    Yep works very well actually. Shame copymysports isn't as good
