ROTOR 4130 alternatives

I have a 3d+ which im using a Rotor 4130 press fit BB from Rotor on a Canyon frame. They're a tad expensive for what they are. Are there any alternative BBs to allow installation into a press fit frame - BB86 press fit I believe.

I was thinking maybe SRAM do one. It seems Enduro do them but I cant see a UK supplier online - I think they may actually make the Rotor ones anyway.

    Looks like a proprietary bearing - FSA do a BB86/30mm adaptor but that looks equally expensive
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
