I have what seems to be a faulty freehub on my Swissside Gotthards which are less than 6 months old. My pedals intermittently turn freely with no resistance. I'm running Campagnolo 11 speed. Can anyone recommend a replacement ?

    Disgusting customer service... :p

They'll probably help you out though, being only 6 months old.

Have you tried cleaning the pawls and re-oiling it?

May or may not be faulty but as Ugo suggests step one is to take it apart and clean it. If it's full of rust and/or grit it probably just needs a clean (and given the weather for much of this year that's not unlikely).

Which still leaves you with the task of removing the old one.
