On Sunday 29th June, me, Frank the Tank and two other gullible cyclists will be riding from Hucknall to the Ponderosa cafe at the top of Horseshoe Pass in Wales AND BACK.
Two countries, six counties, 215 miles in a day.

Thanks, we rode to Blackpool last year in horrendous conditions but the forecast this year looks perfect.

Excellent day, perfect weather, set off at 4am, got to Ponderosa at 11am, back home for 7pm.
All finished, and thanks mainly to Frank, we collected almost £1k
I won't be rushing to do another 200 though, it was a long hard day in the saddle 0
