A brand new bike, or would you go 2nd hand? Some great 2nd hand bikes available if you look around. LFGSS has a lot, ebay too if you choose carefully, Retrobike for something older.

Think you will need to adjust your expectations though - your budget is low for what you want, but the search is part of the fun.0 -

Its what I used to have, but I will start with a frame and go from there over the winter, Have a complete Campag record group set that used bought for another bike but never got fitted0 -
