What next!? What do I need to do to make sure it is all set up properly? There are no instructions about what i'm meant to do...

It is quite straightforward, but if you are not sure take it to a local bike shop and pay them to set it up.
And then enjoy your new bike.

Thanks Anne. They say on the CRC website that they have online videos to help with the set up. Does anyone know where they are?

They have a channel on youtube with 281 videos... I'd imagine one of those will assist you.

The M-Check is a good place to start and good practice before any long or hard ride.

Then seat height, loosen the seat clamp, put your heel on the pedal, at the lowest point, so the crank is in line with the seat tube, straighten your leg, pull the seat up to your bum and tighten the seat post clamp.
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.
