Chainring bolts

Hi all,

Are chainring bolts make to fit both compact and standard cranks? I currently have rotor chainring bolts that are rubbish and I think are the cause of my creak. I've removed them with a large amount of persuasion. In the process my chainring is bent.
Can I use these on a compact crank?

I've got 30+ year old Campagnolo chainring bolts that work with modern cranks. Some recent models use alloy ones for Torx, but they're all the same diameter and interchangeable
