saddle height rail to top

basically I have a frame with ISP and had it cut to fit my selle italia slr kit carbonio
This year I decided to change to a san marco concor lite. I've now decided that this isn't a perfect fit for me.
As a temporary measure I've put a stripped slr on it but now the seat height is roughly 5-10mm too low.
could anyone give me measurements on saddle rail to top of saddle on the below

basically these are what I'm considering currently but need to know whether it will fit first.

I have tried a few saddles and the Romin and Toupe are the shallowest Ive come across.Pegoretti
