Castelli Cafe - excellent customer service

Just a quick post to say how good the customer service was.
Logo's lifting off my bib shorts so sent pictures, couple of hours had a response and told to return.
Replacement despatched same day they received the returned item and my account been credited with the cost of posting.

Its great when you get this type of service and deserves public acknowledgement.
