How to undo this bb

Hi guys, quick question.
Trying to remove this bb, it's from mates fulcrum crankset, it's looks stiff!

Which way do I undo it? The drive side came off by undoing clockwise, so assumed it be same for non drive side given its Italian threaded?

    If it's Italian, then both will undo 'normally' - that is, anticlockwise to undo.

    if it's British, then the drive side is reverse (clockwise to undo) and the other is normal.

    So it looks like you have British threads, and the remaining one you undo anticlockwise.
