Tour De France stages 1 & 2 on gpx?

I've plotted these on Garmin Connect with a few changes but wondered if anyone has a link to the actual route with no alterations?

You could have plotted them both yourself in the time you've been waiting for the perfect reply. Infact, in about 10 minutes each! Lazy so and so!

I have plotted them - but don't know how to edit on Garmin Connect! I cant be bothered to do it all over again...
