I'm messing around with bike fitting with a few friends at the moment. Anyone got any thoughts about a knock kneed rider?

Some suggestions include having a paunch and knees having to avoid this but this doesn't seem to be the case. Have checked saddle height and it seems ok. I videod a rear view and the heels move up and down in the vertical plane so it is not toe-in or out, AFAIKS. Rider has had a severe ankle break in the past.

There is nothing wrong with that pedal stroke. If there is no pain then don't mess with it.English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0

What are you using to do the analysis? Looks very useful.0

Looks ok from the front. Saddle looks a bit high from the profile video though. And your arms look locked out?0

Videos are done using kinovea. Im just messing around with it at the moment. However some small errors on joint positioning lead to errors in the calculated angles and hence fit so you need to be careful.
Yes I think the saddle could do with dropping a mm or two.BASI Nordic Ski Instructor

Saddle looks a bit too high. You could well ride with your heel really high as it shoes in the video but off the trainer you might drop that a little, especially if you're pulling back too. Even as it is, it looks like you're stretching at the bottom stroke a tad. I'd definitely drop the saddle a cm or 2.0
