Wore my new Kask Vertigo for the first time yesterday and what the???- Put my sunnies on and they wouldn't fit as the helmet curves down behind the ears restricting the arm of the glasses.Tried a couple of different pairs on and one did sort of fit.
Anyone else had this problem?
I will have to check out what glasses sky use as they wear Vertigo helmets.

I have same issue, works better if you lift the back of the helmet by adjusting restrainer

Sky mostly use Mojitos these days - lighter and cheaper! But they certainly did wear them before the Mojito came out and there's plenty of pics. Seem to be all sorts of glasses being worn.....

I wear RP Genetyks with my Kask. The RPs have arms that can be bent so they slot under the rear overhang on the Mojito easy enough.

I had the same problem for the first couple of weeks with my new Vertigo (wearing Radars). Then I discovered that it was possible to pull the rear fixing mechanism down a little further before tighteningthe rachet (making the fit of the helmet even more secure & still comfortable) and now they fit OK. Two other pairs of Lazers also fit without issue now.

When wearing Jawbones I just let the arms rest over the rear adjuster\restrainer, they are secure enough. I also wear some cheap but excellent Bolle ESP's and with these I can tuck the ends of the arms under the adjuster\restrainer.

    Bozman.
Not wearing a helmet just isn't an option. After a crash a few years ago wearing a helmet saved me real grief.

The other issue as its difficult to fit the sunnies especially Oakleys into the vents on the top of the helmet on the Kasks, and we all know how important that it!

Even the sky boys have to put them on the back of their head or in their jerseys.

It can be done but they wont be straight and thats just not the pro look! ;)

Same problem here, Jawbones with a Mojito.

I hate the fact I can't shove the legs of my shades into the vents like I used to with my Catlike. Made me wished I hadn't bothered buying it.

But then I am a tart and want to look the part.
  • I got the unions jack one, and after a bit of faffing prior to going out I never have a problem! So there!

I had the same issue on my first ride, but lowered the rear adjuster on the back and they fit perfectly now. It had alot more movement in it than I first thought.
