Anyone use Shiny Bikes to order from online? Are they any good?

    Never had a problem with them personally and I have had a lot of stuff from them because they were often the cheapest, esp components.

    This is the potential problem. I have ordered a set of wheels from them. No communication from them. I had to ring them to see if wheels had been sent out. All I got was "if I recall they were posted out Friday" but he wouldn't check on computer to confirm.

    They are hopeless. I've ordered twice from them, and on both occasions had to chase after hearing and receiving nothing for over a week. In both cases my credit card was eventually refunded but no explanation given as to why items showing as in stock on the website weren't actually available. Avoid.

    Used them to buy an Exposure light. They were cheaper than anywhere else by quite a margin, and there were no problems with the order.
